No. The local database is the daily source of truth: sales, stock and invoicing work without any connection. The internet only comes into play for options you choose, such as the remote mirror.
Your data is stored outside the install folder and backed up automatically. Install Magasin Manager on another machine and restore from a backup, a USB key or the remote mirror — and carry on exactly where you left off.
Magasin Manager is available as a monthly (299 DH/month) or yearly (2999 DH/year) subscription, whichever you prefer. Pricing is one licence per user: each user gets their own licence, and each licence covers one computer.
Yes. Every install starts with a 7-day free trial, all features unlocked, with no credit card and no commitment. When the trial ends, activate your licence to keep going; without a licence the app stays viewable in read-only mode.
The app shows a device identifier for your computer. Install the signed licence file (.json) provided by your vendor, or send an activation request (name, email, phone) directly from the app. The licence is bound to that computer and works fully offline afterwards.
Nothing is lost. The app keeps opening: you can still view and export all your data, only writing is blocked. Renew at any time to unlock full editing again.
Each licence covers one computer. If you change or lose your computer, install Magasin Manager on the new machine, restore your data from a backup, and contact your vendor to transfer the licence to that device.
Yes, the application is trilingual — French, Arabic and English — with full right-to-left support. Documents can be issued in French or in Arabic.
A delivery note (BL) accompanies the goods handed over to the client: it proves what was delivered. Create it from "Delivery notes" → "New delivery note", or straight from the register when you confirm an order: number (BL-YEAR-NUMBER), client, date, products and quantities, then save. A draft note does not touch stock; as soon as it becomes "delivered", stock is deducted. You can print it in A4 with boxes for the client's and the driver's signatures.
At delivery. A draft delivery note does not change stock; as soon as it becomes "delivered", the quantities are deducted and a stock movement is recorded. If you revert it to draft or delete it choosing to restore, the products go back into stock. An invoice never changes stock: only the delivery note manages it.
Open a "delivered" note and click "Create the invoice" (or use the button directly in the list). The invoice is prefilled and linked to the note: stock is not deducted a second time, and the note becomes "invoiced". If you later delete the invoice, the note returns to "delivered".
Yes. While a cheque is not encashed, its unpaid remainder (cheque amount minus payments already received) is added to what the client owes. As soon as it is encashed it no longer counts as a debt; a rejected cheque stays flagged on the Cheques page and is never counted as paid.
The application compares the purchase price and the selling price of every product sold, in delivery notes (delivered or invoiced) and in invoices not linked to a note. The Reports page shows profit for the day, month, year and the total, with the comparison to the previous period, a 6-month chart, a monthly breakdown (sales excl. tax, purchase cost, margin and margin rate) and your top products by margin. If a product has no purchase price, the margin is estimated on the full sale price and a warning invites you to fix the prices.
